12-oz. can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
zest of 1 orange
1 orange, chopped
12-oz. pkg. fresh cranberries
1 c. sugar
2 T. oil
2 t. salt
1 t. pumpkin pie spice
cooked rice
Add all ingredients except rice to a slow cooker. Cover and cook on low setting for 6 to 8 hours, until chicken juices run clear. Serve chicken and sauce from slow cooker over cooked rice. Makes 8 servings.
